Soon you won't need to log into the BPS portal
We're working on automatically submitting your monthly declaration to BPS. When it's ready, it will join the Pro Plan at no extra cost: you'll enter the month's salary and EnCaja will handle the rest. Today you already have the Base Guide, BPS reminders and contribution calculations.
Once: you'll connect your BPS credentials
From your account settings, you'll enter your BPS portal login details. Just once. EnCaja will store them encrypted — we'll never see or share them.

Each month: you'll enter salary and variables (as always)
If there were overtime hours, absences, or advances, you'll enter them in EnCaja as usual. If nothing changed, you won't need to do anything. EnCaja already has everything it needs.

What about my BPS credentials?
That's the question we get asked the most — and for good reason. Your BPS credentials are yours. When the automation is ready, EnCaja will store them encrypted with exclusive security keys that we won't be able to read. Access will be used solely to submit your monthly declaration, and you'll be able to revoke it at any time.
