Bonus calculation
All gross wages received during the semester are summed and divided by 12. Proportional calculations apply if fewer months were worked.
Attendance bonus
In domestic service (Group 21), full attendance during the semester grants an extra 25% on gross bonus.
Leave and vacation pay
Workers accrue 20 days annual leave (1.66 days/month). Vacation pay equals net daily wages with a mandatory 15% supplement paid prior to leave.
Official duplicate pay slips
Both bonus and vacation pay require signed pay slips in duplicate. Bank transfers alone do not prove settlement before MTSS.
