Nominal Salary
The agreed salary before any legal deductions. It serves as the basis for calculating all contributions and benefits.
BPS Contributions
Legal employee deductions: Retirement (15%), Fonasa health insurance (3% to 6%), and Labor Reconversion Fund (0.1%).
Presenteeism Bonus
A 25% bonus on the nominal salary that corresponds to the worker if they had perfect attendance during the month.
Bonuses and Leaves
Benefits accumulated month by month: bi-annual bonus (aguinaldo), accumulated leave days, and vacation wages.
What data do you need to enter?
To officially liquidate your domestic employee's salary, you only need to have at hand:
- Base salary and regime (monthly or daily)
- Work days and hours
- Absences or missed days in the month
- Overtime hours worked
- Leave periods or medical certificates
